Information we collect
When you use the Contact form or Send Enquiry journey, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, shipment origin and destination, service requirement, cargo details, optional supporting files and the message you provide. Basic technical information may also be processed for security, spam prevention and rate limiting.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your communication, understand cargo or service requirements, prepare operational or commercial follow-up, protect the forms from abuse and maintain necessary communication records.
Email delivery
Website submissions are delivered through Ganesh Shipping Line’s authenticated domain email infrastructure. SMTP credentials are stored outside the public website directory and are not exposed in browser-delivered code.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared internally with people involved in responding to the request or coordinating the relevant service. It is not collected for sale. Supporting files are used only to evaluate the stated requirement. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, operational, legal or security purposes.
Security
Reasonable technical controls are used, including encrypted HTTPS transport, server-side validation, CSRF protection, spam deterrence, submission rate limits and restricted SMTP configuration. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed as completely risk-free.
